I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
a) Citing titles and authors
On the first page of the paper, the authors should submit their name, surname, title, and name of their institution in the middle. The title of the paper should be stated below, in the middle, in capital letters and bolded (font 14). Subheadings should also be in the middle, in lower case, bolded (font 12) and denoted by Arabic numerals. If there is more than one unit within the subheading, they are also denoted by Arabic numerals (e.g., 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., etc.)
b) Summary and keywords
Below the title, there should be a summary of the paper. It should encompass between 150 to 250 words (font: Times New Roman, size 10) and up to 5 keywords in the language in which the paper is written. The title, summary and keywords in the English language should be at the end of the paper. Papers written in English should contain keywords in English (at the beginning of the paper) and in Croatian (at the end of the paper).
The paper should have bibliography at the end.
c) Font and scope of work
The text must be written in the font Times New Roman, size 12, spacing 1,5
Footnotes must be written in the font Times New Roman, size 10, line spacing single.
Submitted papers should not exceed more than 32 text cards (1 text card equals 1800 characters with spaces) including headings, subheadings, intertitles, notes, and other parts of the text.
d) Instructions for writing footnotes (notes)
FIRST INDICATION OF SOURCES IN THE TEXT (FULL OVERVIEW)
When first quoting in a footnote of any source (e.g., books, articles, etc.), the general rule is to state complete information about the bibliographic item. Name and surname of the author, the title of the book: subtitle (place: publisher, year of publication), page number.

If the same source is terminated by citing another source, then the next citation of that source will be in abbreviated form. For each subsequent citation of this work in footnotes, its abbreviated form is written, which includes the author's surname, the title of the paper in italic and the number of the cited page. Author's surname, book title and page number.

II. DELIVERY OF PAPERS TO THE EDITORIAL OFFICE
Manuscripts - papers are submitted to the Editorial Board in electronic form and Word - format to the e-mail address of the Editorial Board: aktualnosti.gpp@pravst.hr
By submitting the manuscript for publication in the Collected Papers of the Conference - Actualities of Civil Procedure Law - National and Comparative Legal Theoretical and Practical Achievements, the authors agree to post their papers on the conference website, i.e., on the website of the Faculty of Law of the University of Split.
The Editorial board does not return the received papers.
The editors reserve the right to return the work to the author for revision and the right to refuse the publishment of the proposed work.
Papers published in the Collected Papers of the Conference may be published by authors in other publications with a clear indication of their first publication in the Collected Papers of the Conference.
Papers that do not meet the criteria of the journal will not be considered by the Editorial Board.
